Marko Marin ( Werder Bremen ) New Chelsea Signing

                                                  ( From orange to blue's...welcome Marin.. )

Five goals and 13 assists in Germany's second tier turned heads, and in May of 2008, the talented winger was nominated to Joachim Low's provisional 26-man squad for Euro 2008.Marin had a successful 2008-09 season at Gladbach, and after winning the Under-21 European Championship in the summer, earned a transfer to Werder Bremen. He spent three years at the Weserstadion, but during his time has not made the next step and instead has stagnated. There are many factors that have contributed to Marin's woes at Werder. In his first season, he was one of many attacking options at Werder, with the likes of Mesut Ozil and Aaron Hunt providing service. After Ozil's departure in 2010, Marin was pulled into a central playmaking role, a move that can only be regarded as an utter failure. He struggled to make an impact, and this season has only played a limited role, scoring just once and giving three assists in 18 games. Bremen coach Thomas Schaaf found his replacement last season in Mehmet Ekici, and Marin's time at Bremen was surely set to end with the current season.
n a central role at Werder, he rarely had room to dribble, and his deficiency in decision-making was highlighted. He is no Messi, but more of an Angel Di Maria: a player with great one-on-one skill, but one who often puts his head down and lacks the subtlety required in a central player.
At Chelsea, Marin will benefit from the open play that typifies the English game, and will relish the opportunity to move back to his natural role on the wing. He comes with plenty to prove, however, he will have to be far better at Stamford Bridge than he has been at Bremen, and one big question mark lies over his fitness. With all things considered, it is a very dangerous move for Marin, who could spend his best years on the bench.

From Chelsea's perspective, Marin's acquisition is a good one. The player had enormous potential when he was younger, and for a fee in the region of £5.5 million-£6.5m, it is a reasonable gamble.

                                                                   ( potential player )

After representing hometown club Mladost Podgorica at youth level, the Montenegrin was snapped up by Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade and was handed his first-team debut at 16. Expectations were high but Jovetic thrived under pressure to perform and flourished as Partizan's teenage fulcrum, becoming the club's youngest ever captain at the age of 19.
Europe's biggest clubs, including the likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid, were all reportedly monitoring the talented forward, but it was Fiorentina who secured his services for €8 million in 2008 and he played 34 games in his debut campaign to help La Viola qualify for the Champions League for the first time in a decade. The 2009-10 Champions League brought some sensational displays from Jovetic and the continent's elite were again sniffing around him until he suffered a serious knee injury in pre-season, causing him to miss all of 2010-11 - a far cry from the one year of love he had previously enjoyed.

However he proved that the show must go on and battled back to fitness and a role back at the heart of Fiorentina's side, even earning himself a new contract in October 2011.

Sergio Aguero ( Mancester City )

                                                                 ( love puma ?? )
Sergio aguero was born on 2 JUN 1988 at Quilmes Argentina. He is 23 years old.One of the world's most highly-rated strikers, Aguero draws obvious comparisons with father-in-law Diego Maradona. At the age of nine he joined Independiente, the team he always supported, after showing great promise in several small-town teams such as Loma Alegre and Los Primos. A few years later, but much earlier than expected, he would fulfil another dream: making his debut in the top division. He was 15 years, one month and three days old when Oscar Ruggeri, by then Independiente's coach, sent him on as a replacement for Emanuel Rivas with 21 minutes left in a game against San Lorenzo. Thus, Aguero broke Maradona's record and became the youngest footballer to play an official game in the Argentine top division. Even though seven months would go by before he would start a game with the team, Aguero had already showed great promise and appeared to be the new icon of Argentine football. By 2005, the offers from Europe started arriving and he was transferred to Atletico Madrid for around 23 million euros. Aguero has proved his class with consistent displays at Atletico since his arrival in Spain. His partnership with Uruguay's Diego Forlan has been dynamite for the capital city club, with his pace, power and finishing ability making him a real handful for any defender. However, his love affair with the club came to an end in June 2011 when he asked for a transfer and joined Manchester City the following month for a fee of around £39 million.
Strengths: His ball control and powerful bursts make him almost unstoppable in the box. A fine finisher went presented with a chance, he has a capacity to create in the most difficult circumstances.
Weaknesses: He sometimes lacks focus and can be selfish with the ball.
Career high: Helping Atletico to win the 2010 Europa League with two assists in the final.
Career low: Except on isolated occasions, he has not yet been able to shine with the national team.
Style: Direct, strong, cool-headed, a bull of a striker.
Quotes: ''Every era has its best soccer player and hopefully Aguero is the best of this. He is going through a very good time and when he has the ball at his feet there is the feeling that something will happen, and always good.' Does that sound like anyone familiar?'' Atletico president Enrique Cerezo, October 2008.

(very very  dangerous when he in front the goal )

Aguero for a now having make  38 appearances and score 32 goal and make 8 assist. He is one of the major contender to win young player of the year because he just only 23 years old.He is plays as a forward and he must have to score a goal.Lets see this video.

Gareth Bale ( Tottenham Hotspur )

Bale made his professional debut for Southampton at the tender age of 16 years and 275 days
in a Championship game against Millwall on April 17, 2006. He quickly became one of the hottest prospects in British football and was snapped up for an appearance-related fee of £10 million by Tottenham in May 2007.
The promising left-back enjoyed a superb start to his Spurs career with goals against Fulham, Arsenal and Middlesbrough, but he was unable to get a win while on the pitch and went 24 games for Spurs without a victory. An injured foot ruined his debut campaign and limited him to just 12 appearances in the 2007-08 season.
Injury struck again in 2009 when he required knee surgery but Bale returned to the side in September in an attacking role on the left wing to become a key figure as Tottenham qualified for the Champions League for the first time. He also broke his duck when he came on against Burnley, and picked up his first win as a starter against Fulham shortly afterwards.
Bale is Wales' youngest ever international, playing for them against Trinidad and Tobago at just 16 years and 315 days to break Lewin Nyatanga's three-month old record. And he's also his country's youngest ever scorer, having scored against Slovakia on October 7, 2006 with a trademark free-kick.
Strengths: Excellent going forwards, with a goal-scoring touch. He can deliver a great cross on the run and he is also a free-kick specialist.
Weaknesses: Looks so unschooled in the arts of defending that he now plays predominantly as a left winger.
Career high: Two weeks that saw him net a hat-trick in the San Siro that ended in a 4-3 defeat against Inter, before starring in a 3-1 win in the return leg.
Career low: Being labelled a Jonah after 24 games for Spurs without a victory.
Style: Comfortable on the ball, he loves to raid the left flank to provide shots and crosses.
Quotes: "There can't be a better left-sided player anywhere. If he were English he'd be going to the World Cup now, that's for sure. He can play left-back or wide left in midfield, he's six foot and has great a physique. He can run all day, has an unbelievable left foot, has skill and his heading is top-class - he can do everything.'' - Harry Redknapp.

Bale make 44 appearences for this season and have score 15 goal and make 14 assist. So good for a young player.

Juan Mata ( Chelsea Fc )

Beginning his youth career with Oviedo, he moved to Real Madrid's academy at the age of 15 and spent three years there before being promoted to the Castilla team in 2006-07. Impressing, despite relegation, Mata was curiously not given another deal at the club and was allowed to move to Valencia due to a clause in his contract.
Oozing with pace and a direct style that sends a shiver down the spines of defenders, Los Che got themselves a bargain and it was not long before he was making his mark on La Liga. Scoring goals aplenty from his attacking role on the flank he helped the side to the Copa del Rey trophy in 2007-08 and his understanding with David Villa was praised by many.
However, with Villa's exit to Barcelona in 2010 and Valencia's growing debt problems, Mata was linked with moves to Arsenal, Man City and Liverpool before Chelsea swooped to bring him to the Premier League for around €30 million in August 2011.
Strengths: Technically superb, his close control and vision are excellent and he has the ability to beat his man and set up chances.
Weaknesses: Lightweight and lacking power, he can be shrugged off the ball too easily and is not much help to his defenders.
Career high: Winning the 2010 World Cup with Spain, although he did not play a major part in the tournament.
Career low: Relegation from the Segunda with Real Madrid's B side left him with little hope of breaking into the first team.
Style: Classy, skilful, technical, a creative midfielder with a great eye.
Quotes: "He's a player who scores and assists and he can add to any squad in the world.'' Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas.
Juan Mata  have make 51 appearences in all competition for this season and score 16 goal but he make 18 assist for his mates. It's quite so good for young player that only one season play at premier league.
(with a higher first touch and drible )
                                              ( win a medal with spain under 21 )

The famed academy in Amsterdam ensured that his talent would not be wasted and he was soon promoted to the first-team where he starred.
Running the game as a traditional No. 10, he slotted easily into the Ajax set-up and his breakthrough season came in 2010-11. Impressing all with his calm composure on the ball, scoring the occasional goal and setting up plenty of others, many have tipped him to emerge as a star of the Danish national side for many years to come after he was the youngest player of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.

Weaknesses: Because of his size, he can be knocked off the ball and tends to drift in and out of games occasionally.

Neymar had already become a player of some repute in his home country though. A Santos player since 2003, he made his debut aged 17 and quickly shot to fame when winning the Campeonato Paulista in 2010 and being named the best player in the competition. Maintaining an impressive strike-rate, he shone alongside his stylistic soul-mate Robinho upon his loan return to the club from Manchester City, and was the subject of a £23 million offer from Chelsea in August 2010, which he rejected to continue his career in Brazil.
Though he also signed a new contract at the time, with his buyout clause set at (€45 million) £37 million, Neymar's continued excellence in the Santos shirt, despite some high-profile disciplinary problems, and his impact with Brazil at junior and senior level have led to persistent suggestions that he will move to one of Europe's biggest clubs.

He signed another new contract at Santos at the end of 2011, keeping him at the club until after the 2014 World Cup in Brazil but few people expect him to stay that long.
Strengths: A genius with the ball at his feet, Neymar's pace, dribbling , expert finishing and impeccable technique make him a fearsome opponent. His impressive awareness and match intelligence also mean he can operate wide or through the middle.
Weaknesses: His temperament is open to question following a number of disciplinary problems and he has been accused of being selfish, as well as indulging in some of football's dark arts.
Career high: His two-goal showing against Scotland in March 2011 which took his international tally to three in three games and announced his talent to a wider audience.
Career low: In September 2010, Neymar displayed his petulant side when first sparking a ruckus in a match against Ceara, and then arguing with coach Dorival Junior when overlooked to take a penalty against Guarani. Dorival suspended the player, and was sacked as a result.
Style: Electric, inventive, irrepressible, a dangerous forward.
Quotes: "It is good to be compared with the best player [Pele]. But my dad told me about Garrincha's style as he moved forward, went up, attacked and dribbled. Garrincha's style is more similar to Neymar's." Neymar, January 2011.
Trivia: Over 14,000 Brazil fans signed a petition demanding that Neymar be called up by Dunga for the 2010 World Cup finals.
(with the medal best goal 2011)
